GradGPT provides you with a restricted, non-transferable license to utilise the service for your personal, non-commercial use.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.

Content found on GradGPT is for informational purposes only. Users are required to maintain academic integrity and comply with the guidelines and requirements of the institutions and programs they are applying to. Users who employ GradGPT in ways that breach the ethical standards and admissions guidelines of their academic institutions risk having their access to the service terminated. Any behaviour considered illegal or in violation of academic integrity will be reported to the appropriate authorities and/or institutions.

Payment

Users have the option to buy a plan via our Service. All transactions are handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. When you purchase a plan, you consent to pay the stated price and adhere to any terms specific to the service. Additionally, you agree to abide by Stripe’s terms of service.

Refunds and Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. If the subscription is canceled, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the billing cycle.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the subscription plans we offer. Should there be any changes to your subscription plan, we will inform you beforehand.

Purchases are non-refundable after using GradGPT Plus services.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will GradGPT, its employees, partners, suppliers, or affiliates be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from (i) your ability or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any content obtained through the Service; and (iii) unauthorised access, use, or modification of your transmissions or content. This applies regardless of whether the liability is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorised to use the Service.
